" Abey pagal hein tu yeh kya kiya tune haa ? " He asked showing the print of her lipstick mark on his white tshirt . They were on video call , laying on their bed after finishing their work .

( Hey , are you crazy ? What have you done ? )

" Teku meri yaad ayegi na isleye " Shehnaaz said innocently . He couldn't hold himself anymore and laughed at her antics .

( You will miss me , that's why )

" Don't tempt me ? " He said she was just wearing his tshirt , looking very seductive for him . It was hanging loose over her body still he felt hot looking at her .

" Sidharth bada ajeeb sa lagraha hein yaha " she said with a gloomy expression being alone in their room .

( Siddharth , its looking very strange here )

" Shehnaaz khaya na tune dinner ache se ? Jhoot mat bolna , mein abhi papa ko call karunga " he asked knowing if she is upset she skips her food and he wants to distract her , otherwise she would end up crying and he is not beside her to console her .

( Shahnaz, did you have dinner well ? Don't lie , I will call dad right now )

Shehnaaz simply starred then nodded her head , Sidharth had already called his father after reaching . " Shehnaaz padayi pe dyaan do , exams are hein na . Untill I come back complete your portion " .

( Shehnaaz concentrate on your studies , there are exams coming up )

" You don't start now okay " shehnaaz said getting irritated as everyone around her were saying the same thing to her . Concentrate on studies , exams are near and complete the notes & assignments . She wanted to talk to him just to forget all the stress but he is also saying the same things just adding more to her irritation .

" Tere liye bol raha hu na , acha tik hein nahi bolta kuch tumari marzi . Kya khaya dinner me ? " He said realising she is missing him and he is irritating her giving lecture on studies , so he asked again as she didn't reply to him earlier about the dinner .

( I am saying this for you , okay I won't say anything now your wish . What did you eat for dinner? )

" Rajma " she said with a little smile playing on her lips , the househelp has cooked chapati and some chutni yet Rohan had brought the Rajma while coming back from his friend's place .

" Sahi hein , mere jate he rajma ban rahe hein " he said teasing her .

( Really , Rajma is being cooked as soon as I left )

" Nahi , Rohan ne laya tha but tasty tha " Shehnaaz said , her love for rajma is never hidden . She is not aware about that it was him who asked Rohan to buy it for her , to uplift her mood .

( No , Rohan brought it . It was very tasty )

" Sahi hein " he said and informed about his tomorrow shedule then he gave room tour . Then Shehnaaz informed him about her plans , as her friends decided for a group study . She missed her classes so they will help her to cover the portion .

( Good )

" Kis ke ghar pe yeh abhi decide nahi hua , is it okay if I invite them here " Shehnaaz asked . It's not like she needs his permission to invite her friends but she needs to take care of their comfort as she knows he likes his privacy .

( In whose house its not decided yet , is it okay if I invite them here )

" Tik hein na , bula lo vaise bhi papa tho 8,9 PM ke bad he ate hein aur Rohan & Rohit bahar he ghumte hein . You can study without any disturbance " he said .

( That's fine , you can invite them anyway dad comes home only after 8,9 PM and Rohan & Rohit are always roaming out )

" Haa par I'm talking about nightout " she said , explaining in detail as tomorrow their is a holiday for their college because of some meeting .

( Yes , but )

" Apne ghar pe nightout karlo but not at others place . If it's decided at your friend's place then you need to come back home before 9 PM " he said not leaving any roam to argue , his tone was strict and authoritive , his eyes challenged her to cross him .

( Nightout at our place is okay for me but not at your friend's place )

As she didn't reply to him , he realised the strictness and distance will only lead them to fight so he added " Shehnaaz mein vaha nahi hu , please meri dil ke shanti ke liye " . She wanted to argue but he is far away from her so she didn't want to upset him or stress him more . She knew , he has a fair point to think about her safety but sometimes she wish if she would have been a single without responsibility of daughter-in-law and wife chaining her to home and enjoy her freedom like other's .

( Shehnaaz I'm not near you , please for the peace of my heart )

Shehnaaz nodded half heartedly , Seeing her gloomy expression he said " Tu jante hein na mein kabhi mana nahi karta agar mein vaha hota . Tere liye bol raha hu , tu samaj rahe hein na " .

( You know I would never deny you if I was at home . I am saying this for you , you understand it right ? )

" Tik hein bahut late horaha hein , sojao okay goodnight " she said before disconnecting the call . He was tired with journey then attending the meeting , his hairs messed up a little and he was ready to fall asleep anytime now .

( Okay it's getting late , sleep . Goodnight )

" Goodnight " he wishes her back before disconnecting the call . He knew she has other plans like a normal college going girl to enjoy with friends but the relations , responsibilities tie them .

Shehnaaz checked her group chat were her friends are making different plans for the group study , she ignored it and laid on the bed properly to sleep but sleep was far away from her eyes .

The next morning Sidharth called Shehnaaz before leaving for his office knowing she must be leaving for college now , otherwise whole day both are busy and needs to wait till night to talk . The whole night Shehnaaz didn't sleep , she tried to sleep moving in different directions but failed so she took out her books and started to prepare for exams .

Rohan had an important match to play but Sidharth orders him to drop Shehnaaz at her friends place and pick up later even after Shehnaaz adviced him that she can go by herself with scoty and come back but Sidharth denied it .

Rohan asked Rohit to drop their sister-in-law and pick up later but he denied saying his father has given him some other task to complete .

Rohan was very irritated with this , " meri koi life nahi hein kya ? Usko chodo isko lao , bas yahi karta phirunga mein ab " he thought .

( Don't I have any life ? Drop them and bring this , I will just keep doing this now )

In the college campus , Rohan asked Shehnaaz about her timings to drop and pick her . Shehnaaz informed him they have some time , she will call him . Rohan nodded his head saying " I will be in the ground call me " and left .

Shehnaaz called Sidharth and informed about their plan , she convinced him saying " Sidharth hum sare friends ek sath ja rahe hein akele nahi hu mein , Rohan cricket khelne gaya hein . Tang mat karo usko , haa baba bol dungi Rohan ko vo sham me pick kar lega mujhe " .

( Sidharth, all of us friends are going together , I am not alone . Rohan has gone to play cricket . Don't bother him , yes baba I will tell Rohan that he will pick me up in the evening )

" Tik hein , Dhyan rakna aur address share karna tumare friend ke ghar ka . Mein call karunga tode der se okay " Sidharth said .

( Okay , take care and share the address of your friend's house . I will call you after some time )

Okay saying she disconnected the call and left with her friends after calling Rohan but he didn't picked her call then she left him a message that she is leaving with her friends . Shehnaaz called her father-in-law and informed about her stay at friends place .

After an hour Shehnaaz received call from the househelp , " Arey didi ghar pe koi nahi hein kya ? " . Shehnaaz totally forget about househelp their was no one at home , how will she do the dishes and cook dinner ? She thought .

( Hey sister, is there no one at home ? )

" Haan ek minute rukna mein call kar ke puchte hu Rohit ko " saying she disconnected the call and dailed Rohit number he informed her he will be late too .

( Wait for a minute I will call Rohit and ask )

" Haan vo aj late hojayega " she informed the helper and disconnected the call . Now she can't even concentrate on her studies , worried to go back home as the responsibilities are never leaving her behind .

( Yes we are late today )

Her father-in-law , brother-in-law will come home at 9PM , she needs to prepare the dinner before it . She should call and check with her father-in-law if he is okay with outside food so she can just order while returning home this could lessen her stress .

Her friends tease her and some mock her saying " No freedom after marriage " .

" Shehnaaz has became a puppet to her in-laws " .

" Can't they help themselves for one day without you " .

" Small shoulders burden with big responsibilities "

Shehnaaz ignored them , as her best friend supported her saying " Don't put your nose in her business and mind your own " .

Rohan came to Shehnaaz friends place to pick her up and while returning they packed food from the hotel but the car got scratches . Now they are in real trouble thinking about Sidharth's reaction .
