Shehnaaz didn't attend her college for two days as Sidharth Aunt visited them . During her stay , shehnaaz and sidharth had to sacrifice their room . Ashok and twins were ready to sacrifice their room but Shehnaaz and sidharth decided against it . The elders and younger one's didn't need to sacrifice their comfort .

Shehnaaz and Bua ( Aunt ) slept on their bed while sidharth slept on the floor . Bua teased them saying Shehnaaz roll over to her side thinking of Sidharth . She left after staying a week , a long week of celibacy for the couple .

" Ek bar bua ko jane de phir dekta hu tujhe " Sidharth warned her . She was busy not sparing him a glance nor pampering him . He was yearning for her love , he suggested her to have a quickie in the bathroom but shehnaaz refused him .

( Once the aunt leave , I will show you )

She laughed at his condition and teased him for a week . And even wore beautiful saree and got ready just to tease him and impress the aunt .

Sidharth Aunt suggested Shehnaaz to wear saree and give them a goodnews soon , she can continue her studies along with concentrating on making family .

" Ghar ki laxmi hein tu , hamesha saj sawar ke rehna chahiye " the aunt said when she saw shehnaaz was wearing a kurti and night pant and working in kitchen .

" Apna dyaan rakna , tumpar aur dho devar ki bhi zimedari hein . Shekar tho uski biwi ko le kar pardesh chala gaya " She said little disappointed over shekar's decision for leaving India .

" Hamara Sidharth bhi tho kitna samjdhar hein " she boosted about him , Sidharth as a family man , responsible , respect elders , taking care of the family .

Shehnaaz took everything sportively and she didn't even hear few things thinking I have my own plans with my life . But Ashok and Sidharth were stressed , they were worried for her reaction but were shocked seeing her maturely handling the situation .

They were impressed when she said " Vo badi hein mujhe , mein kyun bura manugi unki baat ko . Haan toda sa bura lagta hein but Bua apne experience se kuch suggestion de rahe hein " .

( She is elder to me why will I feel bad , yes sometimes it hurts but aunt is suggesting me with her experience )

For the coming weekend , shehnaaz excitedly asked Sidharth to take her for outing . She wanted to try karting & other fun activities which she saw on the Reels . Sidharth watched the reel and asked if she is sure , she want to try it for real ? She nodded excitedly , he promised her saying " Okay let me check about the place & timings " .

" Bahut maza ayega Sidharth " she clapped her hands in excitement planning for the adventure .

Sidharth booked their tickets for the weekend after searching about it . He wanted her to enjoy the life and not feel burden with the responsibility . The following weekend they both enjoyed the ride and had lots of fun .

Shehnaaz was wearing a top and jeans matching with Sidharth . She was excited for the small adventure , Sidharth was like a supporting partner always encouraged her . They had fun and enjoyed the weekend fully but the next day shehnaaz got fever .

" Tabiyat tik nahi lagre , doctor ke pass chale ? " Sidharth asked her as soon as he reached home from the office , he was checking on her during the day but shehnaaz didn't respond him or sometimes she messaged him that she slept or not to disturb her .

( You are not feeling well , let's go to the doctor ? )

Since morning she was not feeling well , he had reluctantly left for the office . He suggested her to visit the doctor but she denied saying it will come down after taking the medicine .

" Kuch khaya hein subha se " he asked her knowing very well that she must have not eaten anything .

( Did you aye anything since morning )

Shehnaaz felt her throat sore to even response . She didn't feel like eating anything and was simply laying on their bed , " Chal ut , hospital chalte hein " he said while holding her to support .

( Get up let's go to the hospital )

Shehnaaz didn't deny him knowing she needed treatment . Evening her father-in-law had brought juice and medicines for her & Rohan had already asked her few times if she needs a doctor but she denied saying she will rest . They have ordered the dinner for them and prepared a soup for her .

" Huh kapde tho change karne de " shehnaaz said and sidharth glared at her . She was wearing a tshirt and night pant , she was looking fine in his eyes but shehnaaz feels she should atleast wear a presentable outfit when she goes out .

( Let me change )

" Doctor ke pass ja re ho koi fashion show nahi " he said thinking how can she is think about her dress and style even in this condition .

( You are visiting the doctor not any fashion show )

But to whom he was kidding , she left to change saying " 2 minute me aye " and took whole 10 minutes . He waited for her and his eyes feel on the tablets she had taken in the morning . He searched about the medicine in Google .

( I will come in 2 minutes )

" Bina kuch khaye dawai lele shayad isleye inko chakar arahe hein " the doctor said after her check up and informed that she had 103° high fever with muscle pain . She had taken few tests like blood and urine to know if she had any infection .

( I think she had taken the medicine without eating , that's why she had fainted )

Sidharth looked over shehnaaz who was laying on the hospital bed with a glucose bottle attached to her hand . After reaching the hospital and giving tests she had fainted , now she is admitted in the hospital .

Doctor had said to sidharth " kal tak dekinge agar fever kam hua tho discharge kardenge " .

( We will discharge her if her fever comes down tomorrow )

Sidharth nodded his head and sat near the shehnaaz bed . Rohan had came with dinner for them , Now he is frequently checking her forehead to see if her temperature has gone down .
